If you have left Alcester Grammar School we can enter you as a 'private candidate'. We only allow ex students to sit exams the year after they have left, ie the academic year they turn 19. We do not accept 'private candidates' for coursework or practicals. Your mark from the previous exam series would be carried forward.

If you decide you want to resit in Summer 2024 please email exams@alcestergs.com by 12pm on Monday 11 December. 

Private candidates must pay the exam board entry fee and a £50 administrative fee which also covers the cost of invigilation and supervision during exams.
