Open Mornings - October 2025 

Parents and prospective students, who are currently in year 6, are welcome to join us to tour the school on Tuesday 7th, Wednesday 8th and Thursday 9th October 2025.

Presentation and Tour: If you did not previously attend our Open Evening in June, and would like to attend the presentation from the Principal and school tour, please book a 'Presentation and Tour' ticket HERE

Tour Only: If you previously attended our Open Evening in June 2025, and would like a school tour only, please book a 'tour only' ticket HERE

Please note that the number of spaces are limited, so tickets are restricted to one year 6 + one adult only. If this poses a particular challenge for you, or if you require any additional arrangements, (for example disabled access, or if you would find it beneficial to have a tour from students who are fluent in another language etc) please book your ticket online and contact us to discuss your requirements: office@alcestergs.com

To ensure the smooth running of the event, please head to reception upon arrival and have your tickets (digital or printed) ready.

Please be aware that there will be no on-site parking for this event. Attendees are advised to park within the local area, but are asked to be considerate of our neighbours.
