We aim to support an array of charities at AGS from local initiatives (such as the Freedom Day Centre for people with learning disabilities) to Internal efforts (such as the Red Cross Afghanistan Appeal).  We raised £6004.32 for charities during the 2022/23 academic year!

To help to raise funds for charities, we have a non-uniform day at the end of every half-term and also run an event in each half-term enabling us to support more initiatives. Charitable events have included:

• Macmillan coffee morning
• Personal fundraising events
• Fifa tournaments
• Row Everest challenge
• Sport Relief week
