Open Evening 2026 - UPDATE

Given the red weather warning that tells us temperatures on Thursday evening will reach 38 degrees or higher, we have decided to postpone our Open Evening from Thursday 25th June to Wednesday 1st July, and we hope that you will still be able to join us.

Your existing booking time, including any slots that were previously cancelled, will remain valid for Wednesday 1st July via your Eventbrite booking

This event is a wonderful opportunity to explore our school, meet staff and students, and learn more about life at AGS!

Visitors are welcome to arrive on site any time from 4:45pm, with presentations taking place in the theatre at the following times:

• 5:00pm-5:30pm Fully Booked
• 5:45pm-6:15pm Fully Booked
• 6:30pm-7:00pm Fully Booked
• 7:15pm-7:45pm Fully Booked (if you select this presentation please tour the school beforehand) 
• 8:00pm-8:30pm Fully Booked (Please note that the event will end immediately after this presentation, please tour the school beforehand) 

Important Information

• A maximum of 3 people per family group may attend this event.
• Please ensure that a ticket is booked for each attendee.
