    Parents' Association

Welcome to Alcester Grammar School Parents’ Association.

The Alcester Grammar School Parents’ Association (AGSPA) is an informal and friendly group of parents who enjoy dedicating their time and talents to the school. We are a relatively new committee having formed in September of last year.

Having a child at AGS means that you’re automatically a member of the PA. The PA exists to provide social events for parents to meet other parents and at the same time raise valuable funds for the school and your children. We are keen to hear your views about what events you would like to attend.

Alcester Grammar School Parents' Association works hard to help provide those things which pupils need, but for which school may not have budget.

To date we have held successful events such as adult and family quiz nights; a ‘Firecracker’ Ball at Salford Hall Hotel and we will soon be bringing you our Summer music event at Alcester Rugby Club.

If you have any questions or if you would like to get involved, please email

Don’t forget to follow us on:

    and Twitter too.

You don’t need to commit to be part of the committee, ideas, and support is also needed; and this can be just via email if you prefer. We have an AGSPA distribution list that we forward meeting minutes to, and requests for help. Please drop us a line on the email address above if you would like to be added to this.

We would be delighted to hear from you.

Sarah, Debra, Gill, John and the team.
